Preschool Teacher (full time)

Job Description
We are looking for Preschool Teachers to encourage the healthy, intellectual, and psychological growth of the children in our facility. You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination. This is an exciting environment with good hours and a great benefit package! Must pass a background check.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a fun and interactive classroom.
Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms.
Provide basic needs for children.
Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents.
Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals.
Clean and sanitize rooms, toys, and okay areas.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Associate degree
Certified early childhood education training CCP from Oklahoma. (preferred)
Pass required state and company background check.

Assistant (Facility/Office/Teacher) (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Job Description
Must be hard-working, have a great attitude and willing to learn. Experience preferred but not required. This is an exciting environment to learn, grow and build. Must pass a background check.

Job Responsibilities:
Working with another Child Care Teacher in the classroom you will:
Lead hands-on activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and skills.
Document and share with parents the important milestones in a child’s day.
Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
Assist with creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans (yes, we even have a curriculum for infants!)

Job Requirements:
At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
Pass required state and company background checks.
Demonstrates experience working with children.
